Vintage Takara Japan 1st Gen? Licca-Chan doll outfit. Shirt and blue dress from the 60s/70s. The outfit is in excellent condition! There’s only a small white mark underneath the piece that velcros on the front. The back is NOT Velcro, but square metal snaps. There is no tag, but it came with a Lady Luca who was on a Dramatic Living Skipper body. There were other Luca-Chan outfits with this. The outfit fits the Skipper body. So I assume it’s for 8-9” dolls.
