VINTAGE (1948-53) by Strattford Japan during the Occupied Period Following The End of WWII. The porcelain itself is a very FINE CREAMY WHITE PORCELAIN WHICH MADE SOME OF Japans best PORCELAIN Producers in the world. Companies like Noritake and Matsuyama earned worldwide recognition for their very fine PORCELAIN and porcelain products. This lovely set consists of a playful pup and his red and white striped ball which he holds close to his heart. This is an absolutely adorable collectors piece to love and treasure. My father brought this home for my grandmother after being stationed in Tokyo in the mid 1950's. Please ask any questions. Always open to bundles.
