Vintage Italian mother of pearl cameo pendant/brooch. Acquired from a private estate collection. Features carved white mother of pearl on black iridescent shell set in an 800 silver setting wrapped with thin gold wire. The back features a pendant bail for hanging on a necklace chain, as well as a brooch pin closure. Please note, there is no locking mechanism on the pin catch, but the pin stays safely in the catch like an old C-style clasp. Stamped 800 for fineness on back. 0.85” length and 0.65” width. Excellent pre-owned condition.
