Beautiful Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Porcelain Ruyi Scepter Head Form Famille Rose Hand Painted Pedestal Tribute or Offering Plate. Features hand-painted peony flowers, other floral designs, a butterfly, immortal peaches and bats in Fencai raised enamels. Feather artwork in turquoise on the pedestal foot. Blue-green tint to the glaze. Decorated in red borders. Unusual marks. MARKINGS: Has remnants of Jian Ding Wax marks in the bowl. Also, has the owner’s name engraved. The Jian Ding seal was applied after 1949, but the piece appears to be from the later Qing Dynasty: Tongzhi, Guangxu or Xuontong. Circa 1860s to 1910, China. Approx. 9” Long X 6” Wide X 2” Tall. Good previously owned antique condition. Has small chips at the rim. Some expected antique signs of age and wear. It has partial wax seals in the bowl and a two character engraved owner's name. Some imperfections / impurities. As-is.
